"Wie haben wir uns auf die Haxe gefreut und wurden einmal mehr nicht enttäuscht!! So was von knusprig, nicht überwürzt und das Sauerkraut und die Bratkartoffeln wie zu Hause. Bei jedem unserer Besuche in Grünberg steht das Schirn ganz oben auf der Liste und wir werden das auch in Zukunft so halten. Bis zum nächsten Mal. Bestimmt!!!"

"Heute ein phantastisches Rahmschnitzel mit frischen Pfifferlingen gegessen. Sehr lecker! Wirklich empfehlenswert. Und die Giggel sind nach wie vor die besten im Landkreis ;-) Besuch lohnt sich allemal."

"Sehr gemütliches Lokal mit super leckerem Essen. Die Schnitzel und vor allem die Bratkartoffeln dazu sind hervorragend. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das kleine Bierfässchen zum selbst zapfen am Tisch! :)"

"Wir waren zum erstenmal hier und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Schnitzel und fränkisches Schäuferle waren lecker ,der Service freundlich und flott und man fühlt sich wohl Danke."

"Wir gehen seit Jahren ins Bistro Schirn und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Absoluter Klassiker sind die halben Giggel und dazu eins der leckeren Fassbiere. Immer nette Bedienung und der Gastwirt ist mir auch grundsympathisch mit seiner Art"

"Guten Tag, wir möchten uns im wunderbaren Bistro für den herzlichen Empfang bedanken. Wir hatten nur 20 Minuten bis zum Bus und wollten etwas essen. Wir sagten, wir hätten nicht viel Zeit, und die nette Dame bot an, schnell ein Pommes zu braten. Wir haben die leckeren Pommes und ein Glas frisches Bier wirklich genossen. Aber das Wichtigste ist der herzliche Empfang. Man hat sich über uns gefreut und wir fühlten uns wie willkommene Gäste. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank."

"Wir haben telefonisch eine Bestellung für drei Personen aufgegeben (zweimal halbes Giggel mit Pommes / Salat und einmal Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes / Salat). Nach einer dreiviertel Stunde konnten wir das Essen pünktlich abholen. Der Chef samt Service waren sehr freundlich. Es war einfach spitze! Trotz 6 km heimfahren war alles noch heiß. Das Hähnchen war sehr saftig mit schöner krosser Haut und die Schnitzel super dünn mit hauchzarter Panade. Alles super lecker. Preislich pro Portion mit ordentlichem Salat keine 15 Euro, das ist sehr angemessen für sehr gute Qualität. Leider haben wir vergessen Fotos zu machen. Die liefern wir beim nächsten Mal nach. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)"
